I am working in an IT company in Hyderabad.We want to benchmark our Pay scales for HR employees, depending on their experience as well as their positions. I want to know the industry norms in this regard.I would also appreciate any comments on the quantity and time period for raise in salary (for HR guys) in different companies.
Please comment on the same and guide me through this.
