Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I've to arrange a training for my client to highlight the importance of balance between work life and family life. The training should contain some games and exercises. Can anybody suggest something?
Regards,
Gaurav.

Hi Gaurav,
To start the “Work Life balance” training session – you can use a role play / ice breaker.
How to go about:
1.Break the participants into two groups
2.Tell one group to enact a typical Sunday Morning which should have all depict all the family members (Could be husband, wife, children, maid servant, milk man, paper guy …..etc)
3.Similarly as the second group to enact a typical Monday morning
4.The catch is that both the groups should not talk……….they should enact the whole thing in actions alone :-)
Also you can use extracts from the book “Monk who sold his Ferrari” and also show a movie clip which highlights “Work Life balance”. A movie that surely will help you is “One fine day”.
Do share your thoughts & work once you are done!! All the best.....
