Hope already the major reason was given by mr. Yashswa.The rest are
Ladies mostly will change their job for the following reason:
1. Due to married newly, they shift their job to the city where their husbands work.
2. To find the job near by home to maintain their Family & children better.
3. To have.better & peaceful environment.
Also I would like to know what u have found as the major reason on ur project. Pls share that with us.

Iam glad that the project you have choosen is the one that is most relevent to the present prevailing conditions in the market whether in IT or Non IT firms
I basicaly feel there are two broad categories for people changing the job
1. Internal circumstances(present working company its policies procedures, payments, culture, growth, Individual welfare, Family prospects, etc..)
2. External Circumstances( friends working experiences, new company establishments, industry hipe creations, peer advices and push, etc...)
this is some thing that i can share with you

There are many reasons people change the jobs
1) Salary- If there is no increment
2) Not able to cope up with people around , speacially with Boss
3) Different area of interest ( For eg: If Somebody is working in Marketing and not enjoying work, think of Job change , person feels while working that he / she is more suitable or interested in HR or Finance.)
4)Personal family Problems
5) Health Problems
There are many reasons , people change their jobs, but if employees feel that , atmosphere is good in company and if there is regular Performance appraisal , attrition rate can be minimize. We all are human beings , we all want comfort and sense of belongnig at workplace too.
