Welcome brother am following it as prevention is better than cure. Apart from that i would like to share something that would increase the immune content in our body that is 7 pranayamams by Baba Ramdev .
Please be warned that this is a 1 hour presentation and it is in Hindi, however it is a great presentation of the techniques. If all can do the 7 pranayamams and the exercises in these sincerely, then there will be benefits.
