Still I am trying to list some challenges faced by HR Department
- 1. One of the main challenges is to fill up a large number of vacancies at very short notice
2. Once recruited the staff has to be efficiently trained to meet the service levels
3. HRD need to be creative and flexible in ensuring a comfortable work ambience and eliminating stress levels
4. High rates of attrition, frustration and burnout are realities we have to live with
5. HRD need to encourage developmental initiatives, recognize special contributions and reward them and encourage employee involvement & participation
6. The HRD need to clearly depict the succession line in the company and the attendant growth prospects
I have just listed some... hope this would help much better...
