Hi,
I failed to understand what was/were the objective/s of this study? I think the scope and objectives are to be stated clearly before taking up a study. What was it that you specifically wanted to explore while handling a subject Employee relations. A section on Comparative study was good. But what was your objective behind it?

hi shijit...thnx for ur feedback...thnx alot...
from now on i'll keep in mind anout the points which u have mentioned....as it is not clearly mentioned in attachment the objective of study was not on a perticuler topic...but to get practical knowledge for my self on employee relation...there was not any kind of perticuler objective,but ur feedback was accurate and very usefull....
i really appreciate shijit...and if thre are any more corrections to be done then please let me know....thanx again ..

You have choosen a very interesting and sensitive area for your project although i liked your project despite that i have some suggestions to give you
1.You can choose a better format for writting up of your project
2. As shitij said very rightly that objective is something which is the soul of the study so it should be more elaborative and explained
3.Put some good examples you must have gone through while doing your project

What i felt that you did state a generic objective in your introduction as,
"The objective of this study was to have an overview of HRM and Employee relations in manufacturing sector in KISHORE PUMPS Pvt. Ltd, GREAVES COTTON Ltd., KINETIC ENGINEERING Ltd. The objective was to study the employee relations in manufacturing sector."
It looks to me very generic. Instead objectives should be precise and measurable. I think you could explore into what are the factors or components that help in building a better employee relations in these companies. May be comparative study between actual and the expected factors positively affecting employee relations, could be incorporated
