Hi!
Im Joy Pravin, i would like someone to advice me regarding Head hunting and the strategies used to catch the right person,how wud i handle a sitution when i encounter a case where the candidate is not from my vicinity becuz studying the person thoroughly wud be tedious.How do i approach a person??...if an HR is gonna pick up the call ill be in trouble so how can i talk to him?..there are so many questions running in my mind rite now but ill ask them one by one once my spec is cleared in this..
