Employer has to obtain insurance under section 4A of PGA of gratuity. The date from which the provision is applicable in J&K, Delhi , Punjab is not forth coming. The workers are suffering. Neither the notifications issued after 1987 in this regard are available from Ministry of Labour. Can some one help me and provide the copies of orders.

The Govt. of Haryana have also not issued any notification regarding the date of applicability of section 4A of the PG Act,1972. I also doubt that whether any of the States have issued such like notification including that of Centre.If any body have the knowledge of these notifications then plz also update us.
