I recently received a mail from BIPD Business school. London having branch in Hyderabad/Banglore. They offered CHRP(Certified Human REsource Professional) certification from BIPD London. They are organising 4 days class room coaching and arrange certification from BIPD London. They says this certificate globally renowned and will be useful in getting good professional jobs in India as well abroad.
I request you professional Kidly explain what CHRP and how it works is it really useful for enhancements of careers in India as well abroad. Who is authorised to issue such certification and if you have fee details etc.

Even i received the same. i searched in net and i found UK based BIPD web site www.bipd.co.uk but, no contact details available!! if u click on "contact us" it states as 404 unknown error!! same as to "about us" option. if you click on "email" it gos to "info@bipd.org.uk"!!! How it can be possible that site ends with 'bipd.co.uk' and email ends with 'bipd.org.uk'!! Then I enter the site "www.bipd.org.uk" surprising this domine is for sale!!!!! and one more imp thing, this BIPD is not reg. and recognized in UK!!!! Then I called the no. which is given in my mail , one lady attended it and i asked about the missing of Contact details in website. she was silent for few sec. and said "I'll call you tomorrow with those details sir".
So, my dear friend think once and take ur own decision.

Hi,BIPD is a very professional institute which offers you certified programme in HR.I have attended the 44th batch and its really helpfull for people with 0-5 yrs of experience and they even certify you stating that you are a certified HR.just visit the place.BIPD is the only training istitute which has got 6 centres in hyderabad.This has really helped me terms of knowledge and placements too.

Many Training companies and business schools have come up which offer certification from other countries when not even a office exists there. They make websites to fool people this is worth checking out. No genuine company would be so ambiguous. My friend has had a bad experience with BIPD Soft skill training which was bad and he is not sure about the certification also they said he would be placed and no job was given to him

Please do not make the mistake of joining any courses conducted by these people. I made the huge mistake and paid 18,000 rs. The trainer is a big fraud who makes hundreds of false claims, is never on time for a session and doesn't know what he is training about. His assisstants are no better and are 100 percent part of all his activities. My friend has received their so called 'prestigious certificate' from london, but it nowhere is signed or sealed by any authority. Even the receipt is not given by BIPD. These people are definitley big time fraudsters. They will soon land up in jail.
