I am a HR Executive in a service industry. Currently handling ( Recruitment + Generalist ) profile. Now the problem is that i don,t have exp. in TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT as well as PF, ESI & OTHER BENEFITS. So pls tell me what i have to say at the time of interview when interviewer asks about all these things.
