I have always found this term HR- Jurnalist during my job search, but I an not very clear about this term. Can you tell me what exactly is the meaning and profile of HR- Jurnalist?

I guess you got the term wrong, there is something called HR-Generalist whose activity/ reponsibilities involve handling the end to end HR activities. Usually small companies with head count less than 100 members would prefer a HR person with generalist profile who would look after pre-recruitment and post recruitment employment activities.

To add something to the above information, HR - Generalist profile includes all the HR activities like Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals, etc where in the person in this role would be whole and sole responsible for all the activities realted to HR.
