Can any one tell me that under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, State rules (for Punjab and Haryana) are same as Central Rules under this Act?

However, i got a PDF file downloaded from internet for Contract Labour Punjab Rules, 1973. All rules and Form Numbers (Muster Roll, Att. Register, various Deductions, registration, F-V... etc.) were same as in Central Rules.
What i actually require is Form Numbers and Rule Numbers for all registers required to be maintained under CLRA for Punjab, Haryana and Center.
Would appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

The State Governments also frame rules on the lines of the Central Rules but even then they can not be stated to be the same. The Central Rules are of 1971 while Haryana Rules are of 1975. You have already obtained the Punjab Rules. You are interested in getting the Rule number & the form number for your ready reference. I am attaching herewith the required chart of forms containing rule numbers of Central Act which I have also taken from this site. Moreover one can prepare this chart after going through the State Act & Rules.

However, i have also got the same central rules. BUT for state rules for PUNJAB (1973), the file which i got downloaded also contains exactly same rule and form numbers. File is attached herewith.
