A Seperate team in every organization will be taking care the process of Appreciation Letter. So you need not worry about this activities. Just send an Appreciation mail to those who all are participated the training courseby putting their RM and DL of (Kudos) Appreciation handling team in CC.
They will automatically get Appreciation Letter or Appreciation certificate from the Kudos team..
