Recently we had audit in our concern, where they asked for IN and OUT register which was not maintained. Could you all tell me wat is IN and OUT register? wat all to be filled in it? Regards, Sri

Hi,
In and OUT register is a record of the timings of the employees i.e.
When an employee enters the office premises,its counted as IN time,
When the employee exits the office, he/she marks the OUT time.
In this case, the total time an employee was in the office can be calculated.
even it gives a clear picture of the employees coming late to the office and working OT.
I hope this clarifies your doubts.
