Hi All,
Our is Software Product based company in Chennai,
I would like to have few details about the average salary structure.
For eg what should be the salary for the following positions
1.Software Engineers - Fresher (Campus)
1 - 2 years of work exp
2 - 5 years of work exp
5 - 10 yrs - Project Leader
Project Manager
2. Product Management - Fresher (Campus)
1 - 2 years of work exp
2 - 5 years of work exp
5 - 10 yrs - Project Leader
Product Manager
3. Product Marketing - Fresher (Campus)
1 - 2 years of work exp
2 - 5 years of work exp
5 - 10 yrs - Project Leader
Product Marketing Manager
Also can somebody give me rough idea on what % of hike should we give to employees every year and to candidats who are selected in our company.
