Hi Magnificent Seventeen,
You have the Best Wishes from Whole Hyderabad HR Members. We want all of you to have a wonderful time by sharing of mind, heart and ideas. Let us see that, our forum doesn’t become a regular and common forum we see around us. We have to make it something SPECIAL. Let’s not promote it just as a KNOWLEDGE SHARING. Lets form one and big HR Family. Let’s be a group of like minded people. I’ve this aura on B’lor team.
Once again, wish you all the best.

Dear Kiran,
Thank you for your valuable inputs. Its our vision also to develop this HR community into a single family undivided by any boundaries.
I too have a special consideration for Hyderabad considering that I used to live there for 2 years.
Wish Hyderabad all the best for your meet. We are anyway going to have all our meetings on the same day as we do it every second Sunday of the month.
Maybe in future we can have a joint meet.
Its a pleasure to know more people to share the ideas and spread the message of friendship.
Warm Regards
Praveen

Hallo Bangalore HRMers,

some of you might be interested in this or could help me with contacts. My name is Thomas Dahm, and I am a German graduate student of

International Management at the University of Nijmegen in The Netherlands.

I am currently writing my Master thesis on inter-firm mobility of highly educated staff in India.

The purpose of the research is to analyse whycertain firms are more attractive for employees than others in times of highattrition and frequent job hopping, which already are and will be big

challenges in the future. This research aims at investigating the

relationship between the different concepts: attrition, employer of choice

and applied recruitment method.

For more information visit www.student.ru.nl/thomasdahm

I am going to visit Bangalore from 13 November till 26th of November, in

order to gain empirical data by the means of short personal interviews with

persons, who are concerned with the recruitment and/or HRM.

In order to make this research successful, I would like to ask the members

of this group to participate in this research. It also provides them with an

excellent free opportunity to find out where your firm stands in this highly

competitive market.

All information provided will be treated as confidential and will not be

disclosed to anyone else, in keeping with standard practice. This means that

disclosed information will not be placed in the public domain, and can only

be accessed by those who have obtained written permission from the author

or, in his absence, from the research supervisor, Dr P.A. Barbonis

(p.barbonis@fm.ru.nl).

Would you like to be part of this interesting project or can you provide me

with a helpful contact?

I highly appreciate your input and precious time. Please do not hesitate to

contact me if you have any further questions.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Sincerely Thomas Dahm
