Kindly do not look for ready-made answers from others.
One size does not fit all.
Devise your own policy after consultations with senior and looking into the organizational realities.
This is because, the policies differ from company to company and depend on a number of factors such as; size, reputation, history, nature of ownership (e.g. MNC, PSU, Indian company or Tootpunjiya/ Baniya outfit etc).
In some companies even the peons can travel by air (Yes sir, you read it right); whereas in others even Vice Presidents need prior permission/approval to fly.
In some companies even the chauffeurs can stay in Five star hotels (Yes sir, you read it right); whereas in others even Vice Presidents are fobidden to stay in Five-star hotels.
A good MBA should have equipped you to deal with these things; unfortunately MBA's "purchased" from some dubious degree-peddling outfits do not.
