Hi All
Today I want to discuss very interesting topic. Atleast I feel it is an interesting topic :D . Would like to have your views on the same.
Why bosses / Boss when they are in a good mood want that their employees should behave in a same way and when they are in Angry mood throws all their angerness on employess. Why they are not able to keep distance between their personal and professional life??
Views are welcom from everybody !

Hi
Do u watch movies??? Have u watched SRK movies( movie name not recalling)??? U go and watch movies, ur answer is there only.
Note: BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Comments: Its happens in personal life also. Employee scolds his own wife when he reached home from office???? do u kno why???? Bze his mood is off due to official task. So it is not only BOSS.................Ok....................u will also get the same when u ll come in same life....................

Hi Sidh
The example you have set might be right but not everybody is the same. Usually people keep their personal and professonal life different. Actually it should be. I think people should be mature enough to handle this. Though I rarely have a fight with my colleague but I don't show my anger on my family members.

Hi Friends,
May be you are talking about majority of Bosses. But there are some exceptions. Also Bosses some times use Management tricks to get the workdone from subordinates. "Different strokes for Different folks". One among them is "act angry". If your boss belongs to exceptional category & you are a good performer, then you neednot have to worry about his/her mood.
Cheers..

Why blaming your bosses? Even you we also do the same. When we are happy...we behave differently and want people around us to respond in the same manner and when we are upset and angry...we behave in a different manner. Your mood is not something that you can seperate from your personality.

Hi Sujata,
I can not agree less with you in saying that most of the bosess become the servant of their moods and whims which are mostly related to thier personal affairs. As we cannot stop boss/bosses acting that way, the best thing we can do is swing with the mood of those bosses....
