As a part of my summer internship, i need to develop a training dashboard that captures the trainings attended by all employees on a monthly basis. The dashboard should consist fields like mandays, cost of various kinds of training attended by each department employees.
Please guide me how to do it in excel..

Dear Paki,
You 1st need to be very clear with all the attributes required in Training dashboard, with the above attributes are of 2 dimension for e.g Tracking attendances and Tracking Cost are two different dimension
Objective of a Dashboard is of ease of undertstanding.
