Dear Murali,
If your going to provide more than 20 workers 1) you shoul get registered under CLRA,1970 , 2) You should get register P.F , E.S.I.C & P.Tax , 3) If bill volume exceeds 01 lac per.month your get registered your self under service Tax act (there is separate cell in Ayakaar Bhawan). 4) Apply for PAN Card.
