Find the Attachment of the P.F Monthly and yearly returns sheet
explanation:
Data Base : Enter P.FCode and Name of the employees and their respective Basic salary in their respective field.
Challan : change the cell adress every month with the data base.
Form 12A : Nothing to change it changes as the Challan figures changes.
Form 6A: Just paste the Employee Code and Employee name in the respective cells from the data base sheet and then it automitacally compile the yearly contributin of each employee individually.
Monthly Covering letter: nothing to change the figures it base is from CHallan.
Yealry returns covering letter :nothing to change.
Challan yearly: Nothing to change it is based from Data base.
I think it is understood to all and hope u enjoy the convinence for monthly and yearlly returns. just work on it for 1/2 hr in a month and can have the out put for yearly and monthly.

Form-10-C : To claim withdrawal benefit/scheme certificate under Employees' Pension Scheme '95.
Form-5IF : To claim assurance benefit under Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance '76 by nominee/legal heir of a member.
Form-31 : To claim temporary withdrawal/advance under Employees' Provident Fund scheme
