Hi there. I am Vichu Suresh. I am a PGDM student doing my final project now. I have to analyse the possibility of e-recruitment in the BPO process for my company. Infact i have done that and i found it would really save a lot of productive time for the recruitment team. Moreover the screening of resumes etc can be done online which is a hectic task when done manually. The basic advantage i found here was that, in e-recruitment, the system can be used to screen and select the best fit for the particular process. It can very well be used to move the unfit yet potential candidates on to the reserve pool. Now the next role is to design an e-recruitment template. Here i really need help. Can anybody help me about how to go about this.
is there any article on how to go about the real designing of e-recruitment. is there any pre-defined templates which i can possibly use here...please help..it is really urgent
