hi i want to know that if i fail to submit the declaration form the period is seven months so what i will do on behalf of company will not faces any damages from esic department

Dear Mr.Mohd Shaid,
Under ESIC Act , you have to submit the declaration form with in 10 days. If you fail complai / submit the same, at time of ESIC inspection the concern inspector write his comments in Inspection Book and also in between something went wrong to employee (accedent took place) in that case principle employer is liable for the same. So please submit the declaration as and when employee(eligible employee) joins the organisation.
