Dear Mr. Bhuwan,
As per me, it's all about ur committment & ur decision. I give my example only, i was thinking of a PhD from Physics as i was studying in Graduation, meanwhile due to some unavoidable circumstances, i joined MBA (HR & Marketing), again its dual specialization, i planned to start my career in Marketing, but got selected for a reputed construction comapny in HR through campus recruitment. As of now i have 2 years of exp. in HR and i committed to continue here in HR. In between i planned to switch over to marketing, but decided to continue HR.
I had given my example just to tell u that "everything depends on you only". U have to take a call and decision on own to achieve wat u feel to.
Best wishes,

Dear S.Shamantha Raj is very Correct... Its totally your decision.. but to be very frank... its depends on your attitude...HR is best for both gender.... 100 % Job Satisification.... Enjoy Surender

hi bhuwan,
its just dependent upon ur interest........ but do strict with it.........
chech all pros n cons for both profiles... HR profile is very vast.... lot of things r including in HR profile such as recruitment, training n development, compensation n benefit...... if u want u can be specialist in any ony of one or if u want u can be a one man army for all these things by opting the Generalistic Profile as well......
But u need to start ur carrer from a recruitment firm to get depth knowledge in recruitment as it is basic step for HR profile........for further query u can contact me on or u can reply on same query....
Cheers!!!

Dear Yogita,
They are right. If u dont have any relavative exp., they dont hire you. Simple, start from the scratch like trainee or fresher position, if u r seriously willing to start or switch over to HR. Dont look for salary in the initial step, work, gain knowledge, then u deserve.
Good day,
