Dear All, I was caught on a wrong foot at an interview today. I jumbled up things when I was asked to tell who is a Worker, who is a Workman, Who is a Supervisor and Who is a Manager under different Labour related Acts? Please, would anyone like to throw some light on it? Regards, Prashant

dear prashant if you jumble many act in one question than it is very difficut to answer. worker word is only used in factories act.whereas workmen word used in many acts , the word supervisor and manager used in ID act, even manager used in factory act . so you have torefer these acts for clearing these doubts. j s malik
