Hi Friends can some one guide me what is purpose of maintaining the Bonus form A & B. and why does it has to certify by the C.A.? Raj

By Form A & B and Computation of gross profit, one has to arrive for the bonus to be disbursement and decide the percentage.
Since it involves all financial statements, balance sheet contents, CA is advised.

dear A&B register of bonus is required to compute alliocable surplus,basis of that we calclate set on/off for bonus,which decides the percentage of bonus to be distributed. tks j s malik

Dear Raj,
These two registers are being maintained by the management to see the allocable surplus & to decide the % of bonus to be paid for an accounting year to its eligible employees & to have set on/ set off. For more details plz go through the Payment of Bonus Act,1965.
