Dear All,
I want to send 'Welcome Message' every morning to our employees through e-mail. The meessage would be pictorial or ppt. presentation. Could anybody help me to know, how to create this type message or from where I can get this. It is part of motivation and also learning organization to a certain extent.
Thanks,
From Netherlands, Amsterdam

Dear Rakshit,
You can send motivational quotes, thoughts. Keep the mail small and simple since it is every day message sent to all the employees. You would get lot of such quotes in Google. You can also send success stories of various companies ocassionally which would inspire the employees to take up challenges. Good initiative.
Warm Regards,

Hi Jigar,
I think Rakshit is looking for something else I believe.
Anyhow Rakshit, I feel not everybody is really interested in getting daily quotes and phrases... not all people are alike. There will be time that people won't be even reading such emails.
And you'll just be doing your job! which is really not fair
So I'd say that you must send motivational stuff like quotes, sayings etc. but at regular intervals. I am sure this will generate interest and people can REALLY benefit from this.
