please provide me sections and penalties regarding following form under PF act

form 12 A (Statement of Contribution), Form 6 A (Annual Return), and Form 3 A (PF Register ledger) under Provident fund Act.

Make ready PF annual returns & send them to RPFC (Regional Provident Fund Commissioner) office before 30th April.
In annual returns we have to send following returns,
1) Form 3A (card showing each employees annual contribution monthly)
2) Form 6A (return showing all employees annual contribution)
3) Reconciliation statement
4) Form 12A (optionally) - if you have not send before OR previously sended but having correction within it.
The RPFC office may also demand soft copy (in file format) from establishment which has more than 100 employees. Actually it helps us to fast process our returns in RPFC office and off course without any mistakes (eg. name change). And doing this also increase chances that we get quickly Annual Account Slip than other establishment, because from our soft copy RPFC office merge data directly to their system to final account statement, otherwise they have to enter again 3A & all other information to process our annual accounts.
