Hi All,
With regards to contract emploment I would like to know
  1. If the Principal Employer could employ contract labour only if he is a legal entity in India ? If there are any exceptions to this what are they?
  2. Is it obligatory to mention the Principal employers address in the contract issued to the employee? If yes then what is the minmum information pertaining to the Principal Employer that is t be mentioned in the contract?
  3. Is it obligatory to issue the service certificate in form xv only to the employee on completion of the contract? if not what is alternative? what is the industry practice falling under shops and establishments?
Hope to hear from you all.

dear rakhi
your question is not clear and you have asked question which are irrevalent with hhiring of contract labour.
if u want to hire contract labour/employee than you have to register your establishment with labour dept and after getting u registered your contractor will take licence.
the question u have asked is not to be fullfilled by principle employer and u have to complete registration formalities.
tks
