The sequel of Recruitment starts with the following :
i. Man Power Planning - identifying the needs of the manpower required for the comany based on the variable factors. viz. project, business etc.
ii. Idntyfying the methods of sources viz. consultants, references, job fairs, paper advertisement which is clearly based on the principles of the organisational recruitment policy.
iii. Shortlisting the candidates based on the skills and experience required for the comany.
iv. method of selection i.e written test, psyochometric test, Group Discussion, interview ,
v. selecting the candidate and issuing the offer of appointment.
vi. appointing the candidate and giving the induction training & orientation.
