I have planned for a training session with many PPTS indicating - WHY WE SHULD ADOPT CHANGE!
U dont believe - this ppt, has just served the purpose. Adn everything I would like to communicate...can be done easily.
Now I have changed my presentation plan... I am going u include slides like "How wer were b4 and how we succeeded in the past" And how the "demand has changed and how market wants us to work now..."
Its lovely... I got a great PPT and a lovely idea too!!
