I'm looking at our company's HR processes in a view to improve them. I would like to find out if someone has a detailed documentation of key processes, risks in those processes (for instance in compensation, recruitment) and controls to mitigate such risks.

In recruitment there r risks like not getting good candidates( shortage of talents) to filup vacancies,
not fulfilling Tround around Time(TAT),
offer rejection,
not getting right candidates due to wrong job design,
To sort out this risks u can..
1. prepare approprite JD/ role & respblty
2. to get qulality talents do strategic partnership with job consultant, measure their performance, make them understand the positions rather only assing the vacancy, strenghten other sourc of talent like Employee Referal Scheme- reward them if u find fill any position by them.
3.Fix a terget to filup each position.
4, choose more than one candidate to handle offer rejection,
5 analyse recruitment cost.
6. breakup the process into sub processes wtin time limit.
