Dear Friends,
Please help me in understanding the implications of "Code of Ethics". Normally, Code of Ethics are singed as soon as anybody join the Company. This is a mandatory requirement. What is the implication if someone is found involved in any such activity which violated any rule? Is there any implication after employee leaves the job or does he has any legal binding under Code of Ethics. If yes, than what is the nature?
Regards,

Dear,
COde of ethics is like a tying ur self with the company. the company expect a lot form u.
they want u to know ur work ethics.
avoid such behaviour which is against ur work ethics/code of ethics.
becoz, ethics is nothing but knowing wat is good, wat is bad. basically study of morality.
and there is no legal implications after resigning forn the job.
But one should have personal ethics.
at least I expect.

But supporting family business is anyway a violation of Code of Ethics. Because she can only do job which she knows the best.
