Hello Everyone,
can anyone help me with Hr Manual. I am working in an US based company and we have recently started our operations in India branch. I am suppossed to create a Hr Manual for the India office in accordance with the Indian laws. I have details of laws applicable for Indian industries, like shops and establishment act, payment of bonus act etc. However i am bit confused about how to prepare a manual enclosing every law and rules enforced by Indian Govt. :-?
