Hi all, I am recently employed in the IT Industry as an HR-Executive with employees close to 100.
So as per the requirement, my boss has ordered me to prepare the list of all the acts which are applicable in the said co.
As far as my knowledge is concerned there are no specific laws related to IT... I guess? Whether it's an IT or Manufacturing co. the acts will be applicable according to acts so formed.... Am I right? Please reply. I need to furnish this information as early as possible.

Shops and establishment Act,Provident Fund Act, ESI Act,Industrial Dispute Act,Gratuity Act,Payment of Wages Act,Minimum Wages Act,Equal Remuneration Act,Maternity Benefits Act except Factory Act 1948 all other labour act would be applicable
