There is lot of scope in Human Resource. You can choose any stream and make your career in that or you may become jack of all too.
First Comes, Recruitment : like Recruitment consultant, Analyst, Resource Manager, Recruiting Manager etc.... but al the job involves almost same portfolio with some change.
Training & Development : This is another area which have extra ordinery scope and developemnt opportunity
Performance Appraisal
Welfare
Conpansation and Benefits
Organisation development,
Motivation, Industrial Relation, etc. etc... each subject is wast, and required specialisation or Mastering.
Regarding vacancies, you can do one thing.. just search any job portal with Key Skill "Human Resource" You will find unlimited job openings throughout India and abroad.
Out of these which interest you most, is the stream you should select. Dont go on anybody's choice. Just look into your interest, and decide. Each stream has tremendous growth and openings.
