We are working on assessment centers, training and psychometric testing. We are group of three ,two psychologist and one MBA (HR).We are looking for projects related to assessment centers based on competency Model.In this we identify the competency gaps and methods to fill these gaps.We also provide feedback's on the basis of assessment centers.Also we do training need analysis with the help of Assessment centers and design training modules .We do Psychometric testing during Recruitment and also for already hired employees.
Assessment center is valid instrument and can be used for various purposes.
Can be used as employee engagement programmes also.
We do psychometric testing and give the result by putting scores on competency model.We also do employee counseling.
