If everyone will share their practical knowledge then we come to know about the best method to design the training programme.
U can share exp also…..

Dear,
First there should be grand objective/ vision.
Then there should be assessment of training needs.
(This is very important as all assessed trainings should be aligned towards objective of the company)
Then approval should be sought for the trainings assessed.
Then training plan should be developed mentioned when, where, bywhom the assessed trainings will be conducted.
Then execution of the plan.
Training feedback is also important.
Finally evaluating the trainings.

Some detail from my side:

1.Before starting any training, trainer will make the questionnare Pre and post training questionnare.( Questionnare should be same for both)

2.Trainer will take the test before training.

3.Trainer will take the test after training.

4.HR will Prepare score card and it will dispaly in the very next of training and a mail will be sent to Respective HOD'd as well as MC Members( Management Commitie)

5.HR will be arrange retraining for non performer and partial performer within seven days of training.

6.We will take rating basis feedback form.we will evaluate the trainer and emp on the the basis of mentioned tool in feedback form.

7.HR will send the feedback report to Management & Trainer & HOD within one week.
