Hi, i am a management student currently doing my 4th semester. i am working on a project where i need to find info on wat psychometric tests are being used in companies for "hiring" n how effective they are as a tool in hiring. in the initial stage of my project i need to go thru secondary data on this subject. i want to know if anybody can suggest me some reading material, books, magazines, journals which are relevant to this subject.
and i also need to know which psychometric test is widely used for hiring. there are many but i have to restrict my project to only one or two tests.....so i need to select the best one.
