I appologise for putting wrong allegations against my friends and their company arised out of personal frustration.

Mr.Rajeev,
I want to say few things on this issue.
1. Do you know that if, what you said is not true, she can easily take legal action againest you? This can be result in loss of your job also.
2. If what you said is true, you can approch your immediate boss. Report to your team lead or PM or M. Ask their advice what to do.
I feel its not right to post this kind of issues in CITEHR.

Hi kiran..
I know it is not the right way to put a matter. But i know she can go leagally if it is not true. Only After a through verification through many sources only i posted it hear.and i dont want to disclose my identity by giving out information myself. And I reported my Manager and PM regarding this issue. They havent taken any action against this matter. Some of project mates says she has entered through back door entry.Thats why our PM is not responding. Now you tell me what my other option..

Dear rajeevraj,

I tell you this:

1) It is wrong to submit a fake certificate and an employee will lose job if found.

2) It is the responsibility of HR along with the Top Management to check and verify all details as necessary and each employee may assist in this regard if asked for or if they find it relevant to their nature of work or if they feel it is necessary.

3) The duty of the employee(in this case you) finishes with the giving the information. It is neither your duty nor is it in your domain to to insist on what action to be taken. Keep to your jurisdiction.

4) You are working in the Private Sector and not with the Government where public money is involved, so the issue of an employee with the fake resume is outside the public domain. It is not a crime against the society but against a your Company only.

5) As such if even a person is proved that she has provided false certificate, it is upto the Company and Company only to keep the person or dismiss. Submission of fake certificate is not a criminal offence but a breach of contract/trust and the remedy lies in Civil Court.

Dear Kiran
I do abide by your words. We should not use the name of the person or of the organisation which would show only the negativity of the writer. Instead without revealing the name or the company you would have got the answer from the experienced HR around us. In future try to avoid these kinds of personal comments getting posted.

Hi Rajeev,
I think you have done your part of job by informing the higher authority about the false information given by the candidate. But at the same time I suggest please do not post all this on these sites because this may land you into trouble for giving out inside information of the company because finally your management is aware about this issue and still they have not taken any steps means they have some constraints. You discussing about this issue will only be seen as spoiling the image of the company which will not be welcomed by any organization under any circumstance.
But I am really happy to know that we still have people who can raise their voice against wrong deeds. I really appreciate that.
Please take my note only as a friends advice but finally you should do whatever you think is right.

Hi Rajeev,
We come across many people who produce fake experience at the time of selection in the company.
It is purely unethical on their part.
In your case, I feel glad to see your concern about the company, but you have already done your job by telling your seniors about this issue.
I feel bringing this issue here on the forum with name and all other information is not correct, what you can do is just put up a problem and issues to take others' suggestions on this forum.
Just think over it.

Dear Kiran...
I Understood what you said. Even I tried really hard to get my job in Oracle with out any experience. I dint put anything false as i give a respect for the company which i work for. I really oppose these kind of false procedure and i want to bring it out.I am just trying for that..

Dear Rajeev

I understand your situation. I just wanted to give you what would have happened on her selection

1. She would have answered well for all the queries put forth her during the time of interview.

2. She would be having a good exposure in the field chosen though experience in any organisation was not found.

3. Somebody would have recommended her stating that though she did'nt have any experience she would be fruitful for the company in the long run.

4. The selectors would have been touched by any of her answers likely including her family situation.

But Iam reiterating Rajeev, that nobody can serve any Organisation on the long run if they have any fake experience or exaggerated experience. One fine day the Company will find out that he or she is not contributing and naturally they will be kicked off.

Moreover, coming to the point of my earlier comment, if in case that particular female has started contributing to the Org, and if in case she has come across your posting on this site personally or through somebody else, then you will be put in a very awkward position and it will be her turn to take some sort of revenge against you for character assasination.

So be patient if nobody is responding....

Time will prove in its own course, you concentrate on your work not getting diverted in these kind of issues.

All the best

With regards

Santhosh Jacob
