Hi Natasha,
Six Sigma concept was initiated by Motorola. Later, it was popularized the world over by Jack Welch, who implemented it in a big way in GE.
Besides these, numerous other companies have made six sigma a part of their processes, like Airtel.

Hi Deepti, As far as my understanding goes, Airtel never opted for Six Sigma. I have worked in the organization for three years & even currently in touch with the top & middle management.

I too have worked with Airtel. As per my knowledge, they require employees to undertake Green Belt trainings, an important part of six sigma process.
Besides Airtel, other companies where six sigma is being used are Wipro and Intelenet.

It is probably misinterpreted either by me or you. we have been delivering the training program to Airtel in the soft skill areas whether it is their manager, CEO or Frontline staff. which was about the services, the part which you mentioned Greenbelt was not applicable to either of them. if it was the technical department then, i can not comment on that part. Probably, it could have been the addition.
Have already given pdf file, might help Natasha to work specifically in the services sector.
