I admire your effort to communicate. The PPTs were very well done and focussed.
I also like your open attitude to sharing. Do continue to develop yourself in your career. The signs of future success are already evident:)

Dear Gopal,
Good posting keep it up
And Hi all,
I Would like to suggest all of the readers to share their experience in the critical
situation in your work spot, like, how you handled/overcome the situation or
how you solved that particular issue?
This kind of sharing will make all of our readers to get knowledge on handling the
critical situations or decision making during emergency time
Let me start myself how we handled an issue in our organisation,
we have sent some of our workers to abroad trip for training purpose (new project)
one of the operator fell in love with a girl(foreigner), who was working along with him
in that same line, as this training were for three months, we came to know this
situation in the last week of the training session that both are going to get marry.
Situation went very worse that, we got more pressure from our mother company
to take back that person immediately, but he his so adament.
Then finally we have convinced him somehow by means of his parents in chennai and
made him to come back to india. This process took one week time to settle
and we understood finally that, this just an infactuation
Like the above situation i request all of our site members to share your experience.
Regards,
Kumar

Hey Gopala Krishna,
Good work, its really very useful & u've provided the crux of the entire book.:icon6: Thanks. The only thing I would like to suggest is that your ppt looks loud. If you can avoid use of flashy & contrast colors then it would look more professional.
Thanks anyways :-D:cool:
till then
take care & cheers!!
