1) candidate A is presently working in one small IT company named X ,this is the only one company candidate A is working so far, with no previous experience.
2) due to no projects or other reasons his small IT Company X closed.
3) after closing candidate A's company X, now candidate A is applied for new job at another company named y .
4) if suppose candidate A cleared all rounds of interview in company y .
5) then how company y verify candidate A working details etc.
means how they check candidate A work reference,company details and other information etc.
pls tell the procedure how the new company verify candidate A details in this case.

if the company X was legal then its members deatils and ceos or presidents details can find the by the registrar where the comapnies need to be registered as per companies act
from there you can generate further lead to check the employees reference
