SECOND, SEGREGATE THEM INTO JOB FAMILIES AS PER OCCUPATIONAL CLASSIFICATIONS- TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATION, PROFESSIONAL, ETC.....:!:

but need more clarity. could you plz make me understand with example? plz also tell me that the breakup also differs band to band. for ex in case of B1 HRA was 50% of basic so in case of B2 it is 65% of basic. is it like that? it would be wonderful & great help if u could give me the format of bands. plz help me fren.

I also interested in with band optimization in my company. I did not seperate as a Job family but i classifyed as hierarchy role than maxımum salary spread wıth mınıum-mıd-maxımum salary range ın each grades.
But i need to find out how can I show entery level and merit systems. For example, can new hire be classify in middle level or upper grade? Or he has to stay at entery level degre no mather he starts entery level or not.
