Can anyone guide me on how to create an employee claim policy? the claim policy need to include medical, travel, mileage and expenses claim. i need to deveplo the policy for company so that the employee know the guideline for claim they submit. thanks.

You can devise the claim policy for medical, travel, mobile reimbursement etc., based on the designation/grades. Ideally you can devise a separate travel policy which may include the eligibility for various modes of travel, accommodation, boarding, local conveyance etc. You need to define the categories of cities.
