Dear Members,
Pl help me how to deduct Tamilnadu Labour Welfare Fund from employees, Who are eligible to deduct and inform me wage ceiling and when it should be remitted. Latest amendment if any or rate of TNLWF to be deducted from each employee.

Dear Members / Professionals,
Already one union is there and they have send the list of executive members like President, Secretary, Treasurer etc., That Union not recognised by the Company. In the meantime, existing union secretary resigned along with some of the members joined in new union. New union executive members also sent their Charter of Demand.
Existing union have filed a petition before the ACL under Sec.25(k) and another petition Charter of Demand filed before the DCL.
Pl guide me how to over come from this problem.

Dear friend,
The Labour welfare fund is to be deducted from the salary payable to employees for the month of December every year.
The Quantum is 7 seven rupees per head.
The employer share is Rs.14 fourteen per head.
Deduction is to be made for all employees of the organisation.
The total amount is to be remitted by way of cheque or DD in favour of 'The Secretary,Tamilnadu Labour welfare Board,Chennai 60006' and the same is to be sent to The Secretary,Tamilnadu Labour welfare Board, Teynampet, Chennai 60006 by Registered Post with Ack.Due.
The last date for remittance is 31st January of next year.
(Deduction is to be made in the payroll of December 2011 and payment is to be made on or before 31.01.2012.
Attached is the recent notification for the amount of contribution and Specimen form of Form'A' which is to be enclosed alongwith the cheque.
