I have been reading some of the articles in this column and I found them very interesting and educational. I believe most of the writers are from India as I notice that many of the requests are for companies in India. I live in Malaysia and I may not in the position to assist many of you. However, I have that these management stories might be worth reading.

Thanks Sneha. It is amazing how much we humans can learn from birds and animals. I read a story of a lizard trapped within a crevice in a wall when a nail was driven through its leg. It was discovered several years later I am told, still alive. Closer observation showed the presence of another lizard that had fed it all this time painstakingly sharing/ fetching food for it. Now that IS teamwork.

hi sneha, the presentation on team work is really very encouraging, specially the the sick geese part. i wish we all take a lesson from this presentation so as to establish ourselves in all walks of life a successful professional.
