Dear All,
Has someone of the members, as a HR person, introduced a work-life balance program in his/her organization?
How did you introduce? What are the features of the program?
Do you think it is possible to bring company initiated work-life balance programs in Indian organizations at present? Or, it will take time for Indian organizations to share responsibility for employee's work-life balance?
Do you think organization should consider taking this responsibility?
CiteHR members, please share your ideas.

Dear Mr.Govardhan,
We admire that you as an HR personnel believe in the concept of work-life balance in your organization.
Indeed, globally corporations give tremendous importance to the value of human capital and impart work-life balance skills. With these skills they can be happier, healthier, more fulfilled personally -- and more productive and satisfied on the job.
In fact, we at MetroNirvana.com have developed a powerful program called PowerJuvenation. This program is a combination of clinically-proven techniques, that helps not only promote work-life wellness, but also combat stress in the busiest of workday environment !
The essence of professional satisfaction not only lies in understanding the employees' monetary needs, but also the employees' latent needs like mental, emotional and spiritual. Indeed, a successful organization will benefit from a corporate philosophy driven by these work-life balance values.
