How can I get a good HR job at this age?I am already 31 and only a graduate with experience of 2 & 1/2 yrs in pharma sales.I have been trying naukri, monster jobs.com etc etc. but to no avail.Only getting calls from odd placement consultants about Insurance jobs.
1)Can anyone please tell me what kind of interview I will face if I went for a HR job as a fresher?
2)What skill sets are required?
Also,do I need some backing(reference) at this age?
Do I need some computer programming knowledge/ERP?
My CV is attached for the seniors and members to review:(company name & some other personal details hidden for privacy,kindly excuse)...Please guide me as to how to get a decent office job with a good pay now...I dont like roaming about in bike and visiting retailers & doctors!!!I dont want to do insurance or any other other outdoor sales job.:no:
