Dear Friends,
During last decade SC has set the tone of Industrial Relations ( Employer - Employee) in a direction with zero tolerance on indiscipline.
Here are about 400 one liner SC Judgments on various topics of Industrial Relations.
I hope it will be useful for all HR professionals.

very good compilation sharpening the insights.
however, only the latest and the operative court judgements be included for clarity and avoiding confusion, excluding the non-operative judgements - eg judgments related to termination of a probationer whrein several judgements say a probationer cannot be automatically terminated, while one judgement says a summary termination of a probationer's employment is justified, so which is the operative judgement; or else the special circumstances of the case must be inculuded in the one liner brief distinguishing the case law.
hope this observation will be useful,
